New Acropolis Mumbai hosted members of Mumbai Centre and Pune Branch on 18 March 2025, for its first event at its new premises which is beautifully taking shape!

Members of New Acropolis Mumbai centre hosted author, Founder of New Acropolis in France and Head of Hermes International Institute of Anthropology, Fernand Schwarz who used the opportunity to share a few words about his latest book “The Wisdom of Socrates – Philosophy of Happiness”

Fernand shared how we may draw inspiration from Socrates’ life to discover the path to happiness. In his talk he highlighted three major crises which were defining in Socrates’ journey.

In a talk which was simple as it was profound and practical, Fernando shared the inspiration to live a life which is with virtues and a good inner investigation.

At the end of the talk, Fernand signed copies for the members. Fernand is the author of various titles amongst them Concentration and Inner Awakening according to Tibetan Buddhism, Perseus the warrior of Peace.
